I just noticed yesterday that there are costumes for Giselle, the Princess in Enchanted, the 2007 Disney movie. These are great for Halloween, but also for little girls to dress-up and play princess ... I'll be watching for other Enchanted costumes.

One of the things I like to do with CartoonCostumes.com is use it to help people find things they didn't know they were looking for in the first place. For instance, you might not know that there are some pretty cool Zombie Doctor costumes for sale on eBay if all you're doing is searching for "Zombie Costume". Same thing with Prom Zombie ... Punk Zombie ... and even the movie Dawn of the Dead. These might be what you're really looking for. But sometimes, to find them, you need to know one of the tricks of using this site. If, for example Prom Zombie costumes are being sold ONLY in eBay Stores, and not in eBay auctions, nothing will display in the search results window on my page ... to see them, you have to click on the search button and go directly to eBay.

This August, a new animated Star Wars movie is coming out that will be the starting point for a cartoon series on TV. Several Halloween costumes will be available this year based on this movie/cartoon ... Star Wars : The Clone Wars. For example, there will be costumes for new characters such as Clone Commander Cody, Clone Captain Rex, Jedi Master Plo Koon and Padawan Ahsoka. There will also be a Clone Trooper Costume ... and cartoony versions of Anakin and Kenobi.

The newest TV-based costumes for preschoolers this year are based on the Nick Jr cartoon "Wonder Pets". This show features three classroom pets ... Linny the Guinea Pig ... Ming Ming Duckling ... and Turtle Tuck ... who rescue other animals in each show. Costumes for all three will be available later in 2008.
